    Haley It is docker update. With the new debian version came a new docker version which changed the default filesystem overlay format.

    Phase I never had this issue to create the DOCKER chain...
    Phase Can you do it by hand? With root user? The command line it gives looks valid. I would try a:
    sudo iptables -t nat -N DOCKER

    Hello
    i create a dockerfile based of node

    FROM node:12.18.1
    RUN mkdir /usr/local/src/app \
        && mkdir /usr/local/src/app/node_modules \
        && chown node /usr/local/src/app \
        && chown node /usr/local/src/app/node_modules

        command: npm install && npm run start:dev
        environment:

    Hello, can we specify this condition in nginx.conf for header validation. I need to read value from a file

    Phase Karbal (Gitter): The question is what is done with your command. In those cases, I would try to see what is the entrypoint (with docker inspect <image name>) and edit it to understand what is done. I don't know the image node :)

    Evening all. I'm testing something locally, running some live code on my host and need a container running some services to be able to respond to it
    https://docs.docker.com/network/host/ sounds appropriate but --network host apparently isn't supported on my development OS (mac)
    is there a way to figure this out? I can't take the live codebase solely offline either as it's chatting to services I'm currently exposed to over VPN, so it'd be lovely if everyone could chat over my host for now
    Justin Reeves
    @justinallenreeves
    Oh host.docker.internal seems to work

    Haley In the following named volumes definitions:
        volumes:
          - phobos-static:/app/site/static
          - phobos-files:/app/files
    Haley How can I define the location on the host. I want it to go to /var/nfs/phobos-static and /var/nfs/phobos-files
    Haley any idea? (this is, using a docker-compose file).

    @sushant.co19_gitlab This sounds like the issue raised here: docker/machine#4590. The suggested fix appears to be to change the case of VBoxManage. Hope that helps.

    hello
    Josh Reynolds
    @jshreynolds
    @sushant.co19_gitlab This means the port you are trying to bind to on your actual machine is either running a postgres locally or you already have a dockerized postgres running. you could try netstat -tanp to see what's listening on the port.
