    How to docker image of spring boot application?

    I'm facing several issues in creating docker application in windows environment.

    Can someone help me with a link or reference or steps on how to create docker image for spring boot application in windows environment?

    Basically the application runs perfectly fine in IntelliJ or Eclipse STS without any issues (Zero Issues)

    Please advise.

    Thanks

    hello guys,
    hope you are all well.
    I faced output clipped, log limit 1MiB reached error while building a container.
    I added to /etc/docker/daemon.json these 2 lines:

      "log-driver": "json-file",
      "log-opts": {"max-size": "10m", "max-file": "3"}

    I ran systemctl reload docker. The error displayed 3 times when rebuilding.
    any advice about how to handle properly this issue ?
    PS: I don't want to use buildx since I am in production.

    Hello.

    How can I delete images that were created the LAST X hours? The "until" filter is not what I'm looking for.
    Thanks!

    Hi all,
    I have an 'interesting' problem:
    Setup is this:
    • two docker-servers, both with their own IP-address
    • VRRP (virtual router) providing floating 'Virtual IP' address
    • on both servers, a container running 'tftpd' (tftp-daemon)
    Problem is the TFTP process:
    -> incomming UDP/69 packet from client to server to initiate the TFTP
    -> additional UDP session is set up (on a different source and destination port) from the server to the client
    in our setup:
    • client sends UDP/69 to Virtual IP-address, which arrives at on the docker containers
    • server sets up UDP session to the client, .. using the PHYSICAL IP-address of the docker server
    kristoff - on1arf
    @krbonne:gnuradio.org
    [m]
    so the client says 'I'm setting up a TFTP to one ip-address, and get a reverse TFTP session from a different IP-address' and ignores it
    so ... question. .. if a docker-host has two ip-addresses on an ethernet interface, can you tell it to use the secundairy IP-address for the outgoing NAT-sessions by (one or all) containers, and not the primary?

    hey guys, I created the dockerfile which I want to push it as an image to the gitlab registry
    but at the time of docker login, I get a warning like this:

    WARNING! Your password will be stored unencrypted in ~/.docker/config.json.
    Configure a credential helper to remove this warning. See
    https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/login/#credentials-store

    Login Succeeded

    what should I do?
    some people have written this as a solution:

    Your only workaround would be to install docker-credential-pass in your home directory so that Docker will use that instead of docker-credential-secretservice. docker-credential-pass does not require a GUI.

    please advise, what I should do now

    Hi guys, is there a good way to run a GUI application in a docker container? Windows、MacOS or Linux

    @SalathielGenese
    No
    Docker isn't design around UI concerns
    Nonetheless, you can still run GUI through SSH just like you do on Linux - Linux machine
    That said, I did it only once, years ago (2014), with a friend, just for fun (I mean remote GUI access)
    So I know it is possible with Docker... And more than that, I can't say.
    And I'm not sure that's something desirable
    For containerized GUI, I may consider snap (by canonical) or QUEMU or KVM !? (They seem to address just that)
    I said seem, I may be wrong... Not 100% into those tools

    hi
    I'm relatively new to docker used in warden...
    has anyone been having issues with creating a php-fpm container using warden env up?

    I don't even know what "warden" is :}
    Miko Suria
    @jsuria
    oh...it's a CLI tool that uses ("orchestrates") how docker creates containers
    Haley
    @neo:shdw.fr
    [m]
    Ah. Ok. like docker-compose .
    Miko Suria
    @jsuria
    it uses docker-compose, so yes

    Well, I had used it back in time (before going to kubernetes) and had several php-fpm sites running in it. So it works
