@cesaresparza I see you pushed docs to your repository for the thesis? That was never going to wrk though right? The point was to have the documentation in the ablearn repository which is where I put it and showed you how it worked: http://agent-based-learn.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

I’ve had a read through and there are various things that need work:

  1. I still don’t see the Axelrod work? Have you done this?
  2. Some of the English has grammatical mistakes: do your best to find these, for example the first couple of sentences of section 0.1 Introduction
  3. The numerical experiments section is very ‘fragmented’, it is just a long list of graphs with very little bringing them together, that needs work.
  4. You’re not using much of the stackplots are you?
  5. You’re missing a conclusion/further work chapter?
  6. You need to change the formatting of the chapters etc… Don’t want to start with 0s.
This needs a fair bit of work, I suggest we meet tomorrow afternoon at 1400 in my office to see if there are any pointers I can give you.
Also, have you unified the branches on the actual ablearn repository yet? As in have you merged everything to master?
If not we can take care of that tomorrow.

Ok. Yeah I can meet tomorrow.
with the documentation, I was experimenting. I just wanted to be sure I could do things properly before using the agent-based learning repository

and I made a mistake... I forgot to take down the old version of the dissertation, I just did it now. The version that holds the latest changes is 'Dissertation_written2'

Right... No problem but for info the whole point of vcs is to not need labels at the end of files like '2' etc...

Yes, I just got carried away when I was trying to restructure the tex file. I agree with you about the numerical experiments being bit long in graphs, specially for prisoner's dilemma. I will work on that
