Yeah I don't have problem with that, just I try to sell dry-web idea for a longer time now, will make workshops now and I need to change my thinking about it. it's not new complete framework, it's just set of tools technics you add to other one
I think they should be one default one, like dry-web automaticaly require dry-web-roda if any other is not specified in Gemfile maybe? not sure
but people like to have single gem as a framework, like rails, hanami, sinatra ...

@timriley any reason wht dry-web-roda do not load all_verbs plugin
without it any method other then get, post will not work

@gotar I removed that. Felt like it was forcing too much config on people. You can always enable it yourself?

yeap I can just was supprised it's missed it's first plugin I always add
all apps I ever wrote need PUT, DELETE calls
I understand you all use flow now?
for me for now flow it's a magic, need to deeply check how it works and what it does

Yeah, I understand. I still think our policy should be like roda's - start minimal, let people add things in.
Yeah, we're using the flow plugin now, which we actually used to just vendor a copy of.
We plan to build some skeleton generators that will give people a more complete stack.

yeap skeleton will help, will be good probably if it will be a part of dry-web and first question will be routing framework and you choose like 1. Roda, 2. .... and proper gems are added to your gemfile and installed

"Dry-web" can still act as a name that represents all of this :)

But yeah, by being slightly different, we don't need to compete against full frameworks like the others
Oskar Szrajer
@gotar
Jun 14 2016 07:23
yeap, thats the point, it's hard to be another framework, probably easier to be a different philosophy to write in given one. But it will not lead to a fight agaist framework? Like hanami? if you will try to force different way of writing code in it

If the framework is properly modular, I don't think so.
Which is why dry-web-roda and dry-web-hanami will be straightforward.
Dry-web-rails probably not.

dry-web cannot be called a “full stack framework” it’s more like a library bundle for web apps ;)

I was hope it will be full stack framework, that combine and simplify setup of ROM+Roda nad Dry together

but skeleton generator will do the same
like: dry-web geenrate --api --roda --rom
