The completion suggestion system in v0.1.4 is very good.

Crazy ideas with 0 regard for reality follow:

Currently my non-wat way to find the docs I'm looking for is to use dmenu on my file of since-forever browser history which probably contains the docs I want. Typing into dmenu fuzzy-matches against lines in the file, narrowing them down. Once I see what I was looking for, I hit Return.

What I'm saying is that fuzzy-matching in wat would overkill my current documentation-searching workflow. It would mean going curses though… Have you considered this at some point?

tks
Wow - never heard of dmenu. I'm assuming X is OSX?
I'm not running Mac - could you throw in a screenshot or GIF of what that looks like?
I can totally do fuzzy matching - however I don't know why we'd need blessed for that. You mean so it can pull up an autocomplete window?

I wouldn't really want to install blessed, just because it's a lot of code and I'm trying to make wat as lightweight as possible.

By X they mean the X Window System for Linux. It launches as an input bar at the top of the screen with items listed below.

I know fairly little about terminal UI stuff. Is it possible to do that kind of thing sanely without curses?
(I agree it's good to avoid blessed if possible.)

Let me think about this :)
