Alright
So as far as I know, we have basically two types of models we are going to be using.

The first one will contain... Your Email, First Name, Last Name, and 'How did you hear about us' answer
The second will contain... Zip, state, city, and address ( to send the person the item).
Can anyone else think of anything we might need?
A table to store all of the campaigns?
Maybe end/start dates for each campaign?
Potentially a randomly generated promo code that the user will receive after they sign up to use for a campaign?

Are we making it so there's a box for the promo code to be entered? (Doesn't necessarily have to be functional) I think the promo code is a good idea
The other models sound good though

Yeah, i think that would be a good idea, it does not have to have a lot of functionaility to it or anything
we will just keep it simple
but for now, I am going to build some of the models and get it out the way
any preference as to what you want to work on?
Christopher Heiser
@cmh553
Feb 15 2015 21:15
Not really. What would be good to start on?
Actually I'd like to try to do one of the models. Might need you to check me on it after though

are we just doing a text field for "How did you hear about us"?? or Is that going to be a drop down / radios ?
Duke Ayers
@dukeayers
Feb 15 2015 21:37
Dropdown to keep consistency

I am attempting to create a 'forms.py' right now
so once I get this worked out, I will commit it so we can build the forms from there.

I'm just about done with it but you will basically model what I do to build your form.
Just so everyone knows, we are using HTML5's builtin validation, so no extra validation is required

Hey, is pycharm community version supposed to be able to manage django projects?
I haven't been using pycharm, but I can't get it to run from the console :'c
