Can't remember. You can get the educational version for free which works great.

You can get the professional version as an education one for free and that will run the python
but you also need to link the python to the IDE
that is probably the issue

I poted to associate python files with pycharm it that's what you mean. What else would I have to do?

Go File > Settings
Then find the "project" tab
drop it down and click "Project Interpreter"
Make sure that has a python interpreter associated with it

Go to your terminal or wherever you would normally type in pip commands
and type in
pip install django-localflavor

well.. I'm thinking of going with something simple, we do advertisements for a company; lets say adidas shoes, we have the poster of the product and right under it we ask for the user's email in order to get a promotional code for that product.
