    @iteles
    :raised_hands: We should add an issue on this!
    @knrt10 @leordev Just add a comment here and I’ll invite you: dwyl/start-here#143
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    @iteles thanks! Already did that! :)
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    I could not find it on your repos, but do you have any small project or mvp in your backlog? like a little proof of concept of an app for XYZ... I'd like to build from the ground one using the PETE stack...
    :)

    @linuxenko
    Does anyone learn elm ? I found it awesome and worst to learn or even make something interesting with it. I didn't work with it, didn't learn it before, if someone interesting, we would try learn it together, and dwyl some notes then :)))
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    @linuxenko me! Yeah I'm on the same boat, you can count on me for sure
    I can tell you that what made me really understand elm was the course from James Moore - https://courses.knowthen.com/p/elm-for-beginners
    he has the beginners and the beyond the basics... I'm on the final of beyond the basics
    this guy is AMAZING. nice course
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    @leordev Didn't watch his videos yet. Looks interesting.
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    first I did Richard Feldman course from frontend masters, and after that I tried to play a lil bit with some stuff but it was still unclear to me... then I did James course and it was HUGE for me... this guys is very direct to the point and the exercises are great
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    Hmm.. what about a "wood based" storages ?
    I mean, watching the videos takes a lot of time
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    what's that?
    like real wood box storages? sorry I lost you lol
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    I meant paper books
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    ah ok... I don't know sorry... but probably this one https://www.manning.com/books/elm-in-action - from Richard Feldman
    but hey, don't take shortcuts, take your time to watch James videos... you'll be impressed and a lot of things will make sense
    at least that's worked for me
    and it's barely 8hours of video
    for the basics I guess
    I don't know, I finished both basic and advanced in two days
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    I will watch it, thank you very much for the link . Can I text you a questions or something when I'll be ready to create the greatest and world changing "hello world" ?
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    @linuxenko yeah of course, I will be happy if I can help
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    btw subscribed to your twitter, if you have something about elm , just post it :))
    Leo Ribeiro
    @leordev
    hahahah thank you! :)
    Cleop
    @Cleop
    Not sure if you guys have come across it yet but dwyl has this repo for learning elm: https://github.com/dwyl/learn-elm
    Check out the readme and feel free to create an issue for anything you think it could benefit from based on what you've learnt so far
    Svetlana Linuxenko
    @linuxenko
    @Cleop as the README said: "It's difficult to introduce elm to someone who has never heard of it before without sounding "evangelical"" , I can't judge, I can't even check if all the information there is correct, because I'm first time with elm. All that I see the links.. For me, it looks like - we are the great collection of links to learn. Me - ok, ok.

    @linuxenko We’d be thrilled if you can update it based on your own journey too :blush:

    Hello everyone. I'm a software engineer and I live in Brazil. Recently I came across the "dwyl" organization on github and I was amazed. I'd like to be part of and contribute in some way. :smile:
    Erez Sobel
    @ErezSo
    Hi, guys! I'm a Frontend Developer living and working in Berlin, Germany. At the moment I'm working mostly with React and Redux and have experience with Node.js. I love that you're using Elm and Elixir in your projects. It's been quite some time now that I'm interested in both those technologies, but haven't had the chance to to actually use it for something. It's my first time trying to be involved in an open source project, so don't really know where to start. Any help and guidance would be really great!
    Nelson
    @nelsonic
    @ErezSo Welcome! :tada:
    In general, if you see a opportunity for improvement in any of our projects, just open an issue (on GitHub!) to highlight/discuss it! :-)
    Erez Sobel
    @ErezSo
    Thanks, @nelsonic! So I should actually start contributing by come up with an issue of my own rather than work on already existing issues? Tbh, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of repos you guys maintain, so there's some confusion on my side.

    @da-edra
    dwyl is an really interesting organization.
    I love what you do.

    @da-edra
    However, I starred the start-here repo and I haven't received an invitation.
    Ines Teles Correia
    @iteles
    Hi @da-edra ! Great to hear you think so :blush:
    Did you see this issue? dwyl/start-here#143

    @da-edra
    @iteles Oh, thank you very much Ines :smile:
    Oli Evans
    @olizilla
    hello dwyllians
    I am sitting with some very enthusiastic young portugese folk, and they are over visiting and meeing with interesting organisations in London for a few days
    Oli Evans
    @olizilla
    they are working on a project to connect learners with mentors, and are gathering insights and friends. I think they’d get a lot out of meeting team dwyl… they are here till thursdy, may I put them in touch with y’all?
    Ines Teles Correia
    @iteles
    @olizilla That sounds great, we have a lot of opinions :laughing: Maybe we could all do lunch on Wednesday for example
