there's a menu asking if the teacher wants to administrate, well in a school they might hesitate to say yes, as a lot of things are handled by an "administrator", might want to explain that they themselves can administrate this for their class
Good point on the word choice. Our thinking was that a secretary or principal might start the team, but want to hand off administering of the team to another person. Like a department chair, or something.
one more little thing: give X a call is not really a good support solution, not scalable and subject to spammers... i'd say email X at email@example.com... and clarify is this the start date for the academic year or for using this?
using the institutional emails helps if your team shifts over time

so in terms of the IT outreach part, i'd make that optional but recommended if unsure about it. also, i'd provide a list of supported OS's and system requirements upfront with the cost specs. for reference.
I'm not entirely clear on "give x a call," but we tried referencing the team coach where possible, but we are also showing a staff member and their contact information. I agree with the idea of referencing a support email address, more streamlined.
