the fedora package was approved
for some reason they dont allow SCL's in the official EPEL builds
so EPEL6/7 will continue to need copr

yes, it takes several times longer to compile, but that is okay to do every so often
it might be a bad idea for every commit

Perhaps every time master advances
That's not too crazy
E.g. If the hash had advanced since the last build then rebuild
That should be close to what you want
Or just nightly

I am going to remove the ModelFit and LogisticRegression implementations since they were never really finished
given that this seems to be the only way to keep people from using them
