Hi @ntwestern if you're familiar with python I'd recommend you use our python version of the software located here with documentation that is significantly more up to date. The matlab documentation is not up to date. If you want to use matlab, I'd use some of the demos, e.g., demo_script.m or the demos located here. Also take a look at the wiki
@sppatankar Yes, lars_regression_noise does exactly what you described. It solves a non-negative basis pursuit denoising problem to compute the contribution of each component and the spatial background at every pixel in the FOV. I'm not sure why you get your error.
Hi @henryhallock As you said, you seem to be using an old version of this file (which as I mentioned is outdated). If you call the extractDF_F with only the first output argument the error should go away. Check line 95 here.
