What happens if the deposit contract does not reach 100% before December 1st

The real date is 7 days before 1 Dec, which is 23 Nov. Eth2 launches 7 days after the deposit threshold is crossed, but not before Dec 1.
So it rolls out into the future until it does reach 100%

That's just the way he and I sometimes still spell Ethereum. Thanks for the help, so hopefully we can get better sooner.
In most languages, that (ea)t sound is spelled with an I. e is for (e)xception. So, my question is, who first made this exception to that standard?
