@Souptacular where are we at?did you manage to the convert md files from the wiki.
We need to sort out some formatting styling issues and settle on a api formatting, cross-referencing and indexing convention

I am currently working on the transferring as we speak :D
I am free if you want to sync up on the formatting/style stuff as well so we can at least get that finalized. Also, the conversion is not perfect from MD to RST, so I am running into a few hiccups, but nothing major :)

Hi, I would be happy to contribute where I can. I consider myself semi-technical only, but should be able to help in parts with proof-reading/editing/reviewing and compiling material.

Hey all, happy to help where needed with writing/editing/proofing/etc. I'm fairly up-to-date with the technical side (e.g read through as much of the docs + blog posts as possible) though I may need to brush up for specifics.

@zelig @jaredpereira I actually do not have as much github/frontier docs to RST transferred, the converter I was using is not working properly :[ It may just be best to manually copy paste
@zelig @tgerring I don't think I have repo access to ethereum/homestead-guide yet. I didn't see any invite
Nevermind, found it!

Greetings all. I'd like to join the writing effort. I'll start by getting caught up on the past messages and the current book code.
Do I need an invite for anything?

@hughlang welcome. No invite needed. Just pick a part, migrate, extend, revise etc.

Is the book using gitbook? And if so, I assume markdown?

the frontier guide was written with gitbook, but was mostly composed of links to the github wikis
homestead guide is using different system though

Oh Sphinx rst. Haven't used that. How does it compare to asciidoc and markdown?
I settled on asciidoc after comparing the two for personal work
