Hey guys,

I am running "truffle migrate --reset -f 1567182283 --network ropsten" but it gets stuck after compiling my contracts.

it gets stuck here:

"Compiling your contracts....
Everything is up to date, there is nothing to compile."

"1567182283" is the prefix of my migration file

I even left this overnight and it stayed the same without any message, any reason why this is happening?

I have tried to sync my new node instance, but it was stuck "looking for peers" on Google Cloud. I did not understand why?

I synced the clock, and also give permission for 30303 which is default port.
