The issues are relatively minor (i.e. nothing is broken), except for the current Dev branch changes to Store for block headers, but that is probably a work in progress (I didnt' see a PR or branch, but someone may be working on it privately).

Does anyone know of a good place to start reading if I want to write my own ETH2 beacon node and validators to participate in PoA consensus or if this is possible currently using low-ish level utilities? I've looked at ethminer but I'm not sure this is where I need to start or not. Really looking at Node.js and C

<proto> Yea I know, it's not that exciting for the beacon-spec, it passes all tests and is really just a set of BLS changes.
<proto> Anyway, just updated ZRNT to v0.11.0 (other branch, not in master yet). No slow release again, haha. Will check the correctness of the test-vectors with ZRNT for you all, as more internals and tests were refactored/changed in v0.11.0. No big update spec-wise though, about 1-2 hours of going through beacon-spec diff.
