@luclu Yes, its 30 hours since the transaction..The wallet says it doesn't show incoming transactions, but then how can I send the ether in the account?

Could it be that you mixed testnet and mainnet addresses?

The Ether must be on the main net, the wallet may be testnet, but the adress worked. Do I need to open a wallet for mainnet? I was wondering how that worked..

you can only send ether within one network (main or test).

@Rincker if you want to recover your ether (sorry, I didn’t knew it was possible) do the following:
copy the json-files from .ethereum/testnet/keystore to .ethereum/keystore
see here ethereum/mist#605

@SiphoMothamo Not sure right now. Maybe in two weeks time ;-) Ether that I 'lost' is back but stuck in the moved account. Not sure whether it is my mistake (wrong password)

@SiphoMothamo switch to the testnet, you’ll be able to mine your own ethers easily!

@luclu It seems that by moving the json I make the test account visible in the main network, but because I created the number in the test network it is not the same, meaning it has a different owner and password of the account it represents in the main network. So even though I can see the ETH send to it in my wallet, I can not send from it. Maybe I'm wrong but I think the ETH is still lost..

@Rincker the address you linked is an account, not a contract wallet. If you sent it to a testnet account then it’s recoverable, but if you sent to a testnet wallet, then you’re out of luck
