@Jdelgado81 you can look at this issue (ethereum/mist#2077) and see if there is anything helpful there. I haven't tried any of the suggested approaches, so be careful. In general, if an approach requires you to send your private key file to anyone or any service or website (e.g. to crack the password) you are at the mercy of the person who cracks it for you. If there is a tool to run locally, google it a bit before you download anything to see if it looks legit, or ask people here (again, I've never tried them, but someone probably has).
If you think you know the password, try creating a new account with some of the same special characters and see if you can reproduce the issue. If so, at the very least, you can file a bug report and help prevent the same issue in the future. :/
