I recall looking into that stuff for WolfAdmin once, shouldn't that be possible with sess.playerWeapon or so?
Don't know whether that field is available within ETLegacy, at least within NQ/ETPro it was I believe

Yeah, but that doesn't take effect immediatly, and work only on piramry/secondary weapons iirc
I need to switch weapons on spawn for my lua reimplentation of knifewar

Because what I do is emptying and then removing all weapons, and thus you have nothing in your hands until you do next/prev weapon

open the map in programmes notepad or similair and replace 0.500000 0.500000 with 0.200000 0.200000
it seems todo the trick
