Hello @etorreborre I have a play 2.3.x project, and I'd like to get HTML output. I've tried:

testOnly my.project.MySpec -- html

which didn't do anything...and

testOptions in Test += Tests.Argument(TestFrameworks.Specs2, "html", "console")

also nothing...
the directory target/specs2-reports is there but only contains a stats dir
Am I missing something here?

That should work. Everything works fine with just 'console'?

I'm sorry my MacBook is down tonight and it is getting so I might not be able to help much. Can you try running a simple HelloWorldSpec?
Ah ok. I think that in 2.4.something I have adds a warning for that case

That would be an excellent addition! Had to enable verbose logging to find out this time

@kpmeen How did you enable verbose logging? I'd love to know it, too.

I see no warning when -- html is executed without specs2-html dependency
[specs2-sandbox]> testOnly SpecificationWithForms -- html

What am I doing wrong?

You need to add “verbose” to get the warning
test-only SpecificationWithForms — html verbose
