I get the output "sh: 1: /usr/sbin/sendmail: not found" when there is an error. Not really a big problem

i think you have it enabled!
if i look the code i do not see how you get mail being sent and stuff not enabled
$to is set to null if the option is not enabled
correct me where i get this wrong?

Setting $to to an empty array solves the problem in my early test. I'm heading out for the weekend though so I don't have time to completly test it. https://github.com/eventum/eventum/blob/master/src/Monolog/MailHandler.php#L36
