consistently failing test is due to
if (IsAbandoned || IsCompleted) being added to QueueEntry and the test expecting an exception when the queue is called
I did add the logic to cleanup the queue but didn't verify it, is that working?
Yeah, I'm not sure if Eric recently changed that behavior to throw an exception, I know we talked about it
