@ejsmith
we are kind of going against the grain with doing the normal dropdowns in the header, but I like those, so we have to figure how to make them render the same as the default header dropdowns in mobile.
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
trying to reuse the code that’s there
not rewrite everything
Eric J. Smith
@ejsmith
@BillHenning what do you think of the desktop header? https://dev-app.exceptionless.io/type/error/dashboard
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
btw been watching this in the background
next ui rewrite in 1-2 years is going to use rx
or down the road :)
Bill Henning
@BillHenning
desktop header looking good... only thing i don't like is that if i type in a filter and tab off, nothing updates for a few seconds... no "updating filter" message either
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
your against dev
which is slow
probably should have a loading mask of some kind tho
but yeah
Bill Henning
@BillHenning
random observation... the user icon in the top right of the desktop header has a white border around it that makes it stand out a lot... might look better toned down a bunch
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
nice catch
fixed
it’s starting
guess well see if @srijken is buying a new mac today hehe
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
eric thinks they won’t release any new speced mbp’s but I think they will do a refresh with just updated cpu’s.
Bill Henning
@BillHenning
wow, they support Edge for their broadcast
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
isn’t it insane a company would take down there store for hours just for a news release and there sales ski rocket
nice :)
check your user agent

@BillHenning

Eric J. Smith
@ejsmith
No, don't need labels. The selected values are descriptive enough.
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
exceptionless/Exceptionless.Net#88
looks like we don’t handle “0” or “1” when calling config.settings.getBoolean()
probably should as most programmers associate 0 or 1 as representing a boolean value.
Eric J. Smith
@ejsmith
yeah

@ejsmith
ejsmith
lol
wrong window
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
so
looking into using the nave stuff
Screen Shot 2016-03-21 at 2.07.21 PM.png
will break everything in our current menu
on full desktop that we want and probably set us back on formatting
I can get it to look like above without very much work
not happy but it’s 1000% better than what was there before
I’ll also fix that menu hee
Eric J. Smith
@ejsmith
what the heck are you doing?
Bill Henning
@BillHenning
lol
Blake Niemyjski
@niemyjski
guess rewriting everything to use list elements
and breaking the look of the desktop site
