once you created a Github Account and have access to this gitter.im chat_, then i try to copy everything we already said to the "project board" (_waffle.io) split into tasks and estimate them in so called "DEVELOPER COINS". Each tasks will be something that is understandable to you, so its not to technical and all (for example: "design logo", if thats a necessary task) or (for example: "connect mailchimp or eventbrite") so that people can sign up and you can send them a newsletter or other kind of updates around the event if you feel like...
Every task will always have a RANGE which depends on the effort thats necessary to "get it done". There is some uncertainty in that range which depends on a couple of factors which i will list you once the first round of estimation is done. The Price for one "Developer Coin" is 11 €

Hello Peter, It would be nice from you to check the "Project Task Board" (see link above) and click on the two tasks listed, read them and maybe confirm what is written there and eventually provide further information. If everything is fine, we will create the "Visual Mockup" of the Event Website and send it to you to confirm :-)
