I don't get any error. Pushpin in the container is just not reachable.

This is a screenshot of sending a ping to my host. It works but I can not access the container from my host so that the requests are answered. I scanned the ip address 10.0.75.2 (containers ip) for the 7999 port but it is closed / unreachable from my host system.
It seems that the --net=host parameter is not working correct.
The windows firewall is disabled.

Trying now to send requests with curl from my container to my app at the host system.

I don't know if this is windows related, only but here is the solution: Using ENV target host.docker.internal:8080 in the dockerfile. Then running the container by that command: docker run -dt --name pushpindev --net=host pushpindev. Requests can made by the host to the container with the following ip / URL:ws://10.0.75.2:7999/api/websocket... 10.0.75.2 does work, only.
10.0.75.2 is containers ip address which can be configured in Docker for Windows by setting the subnet address. 10.0.75.1 is the host. (default)
