Something like this should be right: "xffValues = xffValues.mid(0, qMin(xr->truncate, xffValues.count() - 1))". Always starting from left. When truncate is higher or equal than / with the length of the list, it takes all elements of the list (by using "xffValues.count() - 1". Is truncate lower than "xffValues.count() - 1" it takes n ip addresses from left to right.
