@ctrueden short question for you: is it normal that the Trainable Segmentation appears now under the "3D" update site?

@iarganda Yes, because it depends on mines-jtk, which requires Java 7. See this news post.
Note that the update site is now named Java-8. The 3D update site is just an alias to that.
If you need to upload a new Trainable Segmentation release, please put it on the Java-8 update site, because it will not work correctly with Java 6 anymore.
The core Fiji update site still ships Trainable Segmentation, at the newest release which still supported Java 6.

@ctrueden makes sense! What I don't see is how to upload my new jar to that update site. I don't have the option in the updater.

@iarganda In case you need to do that, I added you as an uploader for the Java-8 site. There will come a day when all uploads are done by Jenkins, and the way to get your new stuff to an update site is to push to a Git repository. But that day has not yet arrived.
You just set your credentials in the Manage Update Sites dialog box, the same way you would for the Fiji update site.
Use webdav:Iarganda for the Host, and ./ for the Directory on Host.

@ctrueden when uploading the jar, sites.imagej.net asks for extra authentication but my webdav credentials don't work...

@iarganda Will you please set your upload password here for both the core Fiji site, and for your personal update site?
Off the top of my head, I am not sure which of those two passwords will be used here.
