Fiji Is Just ImageJ!

The problem was simple, as you pointed out, I didn't set up the plugins.dir. System.setProperty("plugins.dir", "/home/bnorthan/fiji/Fiji.app");
Even though that part of the solution was right in front of me, I didn't clue in. I guess I thought maven puts everything on the classpath, and Fiji can then find it all.
Which maven did do (I could load the class)... I guess Fiji needs a little more information to add the menus??

It's a limitation of ImageJ1. Perhaps we could patch it to use the regular classpath too, to alleviate this issue.
