Is there a place on the ImageJ server where I could host an image I use for a tutorial?
I am speaking of this one: http://imagej.net/Manual_editing_of_tracks_using_TrackMate#The_test_image:_Development_of_a_C.elegans_embryo
which uses an image that links to the defunct fiji.sc/tinevez.

Oh sorry about that @tinevez. How about we add it to samples.fiji.sc with the others?
Yes ok. I do that with the Fiji menu item 'Upload sample' right?

Sorry @tinevez, with all the server updates lately, we haven't tested the "Upload Sample Image" feature recently.
Yes, send me the image and I will put it on
samples.fiji.sc for you.
Also, I filed an issue for this problem in our servers issue tracker (private for security reasons).

@tinevez FYI, our student sysadmin @aneevel fixed the 403 Forbidden error when uploading sample images, too.
