Hi first time user of adiposoft macro. I have the problem that just before it finish, it complain about the tiff window is not open. Therefore, it will not produce the image where the cell number it overlayed. I had it working at some time, but I think after a Java update I have this problem. Is anybody else seeing this also?

@amtssp can you make a post on http://forum.imagej.net/, describing the exact error message that you get? And the output when you run Adiposoft.ijm from the Script Editor? See also http://imagej.net/Bug_reporting_best_practices

File > New > Script... in Fiji, (or pressing [ on an American Keyboard Layout)
Or just drag your ijm file onto Fiji

I will report in the forum also, but the error is a pop-up window: Macro Error. and the next line: No window with the title "8_MES_p14.tif" found. The Script Editor did not produce any error

Hm, alright. It's hard to guess at what point the macro is stopping... Can you provide the image file and explain which parameters you were using?

I'm using the Image dataset provided from the adiposoft web-page https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4235078/SW/Dataset.zip . And it doesn't matter which file I use. It produces the Excel file, but still have this pop-up window with the "Macro Error" and it has closed all tiff files so therefore it is correctly stating that it has no window with the original tiff file open.
