Hello. I am studying pelage color variation among populations of a species of rodents. My problem is that I am not good with eye color judgement and would like to quantify the color intensities from photos (RGB, or any other) and comparatively quantitatively check for any groupings. Is this possible in ImageJ? Any other software? Someone kindly assist. Thank you.

@Kennott_twitter Definitely possible. Did you post on Many image processing experts hang out there. This chat consists of lots of programmers. I can give you several naive ways to measure that (e.g. Coloc 2 plugin?), but all of which might be wrong somehow for your use case. ;-)
