@kapoorlab I have noticed that when clicking on "Load preprocessed movies..." 3 windows shows up and the entire ImageJ interface freeze. I think it's because the computation is not done in a separate thread. Also a progress bar would be nice, so it's easy to estimate how long the analysis gonna take.

Wait, in the load preprocessed movie the user only has to upload a pre processed movie and then the parent frame should close and module 1 frame shows up with 3 windows of images, for the flat field correction and median filter option where the user is doing computation to make a preprocessed movie, I have a progress bar for that in the frame while doing the computation on a background thread.

@kapoorlab I would suggest you stop extending the obsolete pom-bigdataviewer and instead extend pom-scijava version 17.1.1.
Then, as of today, you can use the SciJava release-version.sh script instead of the hacky double-push to master release scheme.
@kapoorlab Shall I file a PR?

@kapoorlab PreibischLab/MTrack#1
@kapoorlab I can do another one for Travis CI if you want that. Let me know.
Also, what is the trackerType folder? Those sources are not being built as things stand.

@ctrueden Thanks a lot, it looks great now, right so trackerType folder I had added a while ago to use the probabilistic tracking, which would be needed for flying microtubules but since then have only focussed on deterministic tracking for fixed end microtubule tracking, hence this was just lying dormant till in future I build the code for flying microtubules. Yes please go ahead a Travis CI for me that would help in quick testing, very grateful!
