@StephanPreibisch the BigStitcher update site ships two now-outdated (since the latest update of Fiji components by @ctrueden) JARs, imglib2-ij.jar (at 2.0.0-beta-38, should be 2.0.0-beta-41) and imglib2-algorithm.jar (at 0.8.2-pre, should be 0.9.0).
The presence of these jars leads to exceptions like java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.imglib2.img.VirtualStackAdapter when using an up-to-date Fiji with BigStitcher enabled.

Hi, I fixed everything @imagejan, these problems were caused by the update of pom-scijava to imglib2 5.0, which we missed. It should all work now fine again. Thanks a lot for letting us know, Stephan

Hi @ctrueden, I would love to put BigStitcher & Multiview Reconstruction into main Fiji to replace the totally outdated SPIM_Registration at some point ... what do you think about that? Since the imglib-5.0 update all "funny" dependencies are gone and it is quite stable now I would say. No rush though ...
thanks a lot in advance, steffi

Sounds good @StephanPreibisch. We need to add BigStitcher artifact to the SciJava component collection (i.e. pom-scijava). Then we need to add the desired plugin artifacts as dependencies in fiji/fiji.

Tomorrow I leave for the OME Users meeting in Dundee. Then DAIS Learnathon from Sunday through Thursday. I will have time after June 11. Or if someone from your group is going to be in Dresden during the Learnathon, we could do it then.
AFK for a bit.

I don’t think any of my students signed up for it, I kind of missed it too … so I guess the best would be after June 11th
Wait, I have my mid-term review 12th and 14th, so preferably from 14th noon on if that would work for you

@StephanPreibisch The earliest I can do on the 14th is 0830 Madison / 1530 Berlin. Hope that works for you. I made a GCal event.
