@kapoorlab If history is any guide, I think Twitter is the place to discuss about CARE. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: @fjug

@tferr Could you please enable the tferr/Scripts repository on Travis CI? And let me know if you have any problems? I do not have the rights to do it. https://travis-ci.org/tferr/Scripts

Anybody who used color segmentor plug in to separate red, green, blue color? Actually, I need original colored image. So, Im trying to separate merged image, containing three different colors, and then save three images individually. However, color segmentro plug in is not opened.
The following URL (http://isoptera.lcsc.edu/~mike/ColorSeparation/) is what I followed. But it is not working.

@jlee83_gitlab I think you will need to email the author. mwwoodfin at lcmail.lcsc.edu
There is no source code link for the project, so we cannot examine the code to find out why it doesn't work.
Are you sure you need this plugin specifically? You can certainly split an RGB image into red, green and blue using the "Split channels" command.

@ctrueden Thanks for the answer. However, I am not sure whether I can save each image in a red, green, and blue color after using "Spilt channels". I think it would be green.

@jlee83_gitlab You just want to colorize each channel? You can do that using Image > Lookup Tables > Green.
