What's happening on the Travis server? My builds (across branches) started to fail with
[ERROR] Unresolveable build extension: Plugin org.apache.maven.wagon:wagon-webdav-jackrabbit:1.0 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.wagon:wagon-webdav-jackrabbit:jar:1.0 @

Nobody figured out why, yet? I vaguely recall seeing this error before, but cannot remember the resolution. I thought it was clearing caches, but the javadoc jobs (e.g. bonej-javadoc) do not cache anything.
For those following in the chat here, the relevant forum thread is this.
I think the key part of the error is ReasonPhrase:Forbidden.
So the machines doing the Travis builds have some particular IPs that do a lot of requests, and Maven Central is (temporarily) banning them? We could avoid this by configuring Travis to build using maven.imagej.net as sole mirror.
No idea if that will work. 🤞
@rimadoma I am rebuilding bonej-javadoc to see if it works.

I am dumb; bonej-javadoc will not test it. Need to add this hack to travis-javadoc.sh as well I think.
