"Hi Liam, It’s Filiph here.
Almost a week ago I started a new project called “SwiftSnapper” with the single goal of bringing a pleasurable Snapchat experience to the Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 platform which is currently lacking even 3rd party clients. Due to the robust security of Snapchat (and their recent changes in the Android login flow) we had to find another option to accessing Snapchat’s backend. I quickly discovered your API for Casper, however I also noticed quickly that it had been disabled for some time now. To speed up the development of SwiftSnapper we went ahead and “borrowed” the official client’s token & secret which have helped a lot so far. However since we both know that this is not a foreseeable way to access the API and it feels a bit cheap to almost intrude on your app I’ve decided to contact you (again) about either partnering up and power SwiftSnapper with Casper or if we could replicate your backend using systems on our end. Since we are only developing SwiftSnapper to bring a Snapchat client to to Windows world and not to make any profit we feel that this is a reasonable request and we would absolutely love to work with you to bring this project forward; I know A LOT of people would be happy.
