Are there instructions on how to configure OneLogin to work with this add-on?

has anybody got this working with Tableau SAML? trying to set up and getting following error:

Exception 'Error' with message 'Call to a member function getAllSingleLogoutServices() on null' in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/XXXX/vendor/flipboxfactory/saml-core/src/controllers/cp/view/AbstractController.php

Hi I am using apereo cas 5.1.8 version and I am having trouble with SAML intregation where my application is not receiving the service parameter set in context.flowscope.

hi all. New to the plugin and trying to use it auth a secondary site using creaft credentials. is this possible?
so craft is the provider and another site uses it to login - this seems to be the reverse of what the plugin was designed to do.

Hello, im not sure if anyone can help me, but i've been having a problem with configuring the SAML plugin with craft, i've been following the documentation to configure the SP and the IDP but once i'm in the login screen and try to login via my IDP i get an error: HTTP 503 – Service Unavailable – craft\web\ServiceUnavailableHttpException
That seems to be the generic error provided by craft
The documentation on the plugin is pretty limited on the subject
i can connect to the IDP via other services, so my IDP is working fine

i just realized that there is an open bug regarding this: Doesn't work with Craftcms 3.2 #28

Hi everyone! We just released 2.0. I have some docs up on how to upgrade! https://saml-sp.flipboxfactory.com/installation.html#upgrading-to-2-0
Let me know if you have any issues with the upgrade

Has anyone managed to connect to Auth0 as the Idp
Wanted some advice on the mappings in either direction.
flipbox\saml\core\exceptions\InvalidMetadata
IdP Metadata is missing SSO Service
I'm not sure if I should map the data on the Craft side or the Auth0 side or both. Or, if that's even the issue here.
My configure in the SAML Provider is always empty.

Hey Seth, I'll circle up w/ Damien on this...
Not sure we've seen Auth0 before, but we'll figure it out
Damien Smrt
@Dsmrt_twitter
Auth0 is one I don't have much experience with
@mrseth01
But by that error it looks like you need to add the IdP Metadata in the Craft plugin
If the Service Provider supports uploading a metadata file, you can simply provide the metadata URL obtained in the step above (Applications > Addons > Usage).
Use the metadata file to configure the IdP. That's the easiest way.
Let me know if this helps
Seth Lemoine
@mrseth01
I am using the metadata url
Also, I tried two variations...to create a Connection > SAML....or there's another option specific to an application with SAML 2 which get me farther down the path but no cigar.
If we figure this out, i'll stand up a site and write a blog post so others can know how to do it too if that's valuable to you like your post about OKTA
I haven't slept so after some rest I'll come back

Hey folks, I am having an issue using saml-sp on craft 3 in places where a password is requested (editing users permissions, creating a graphql token). Since we are using SSO users do not have passwords, and as such cannot create a graphql token. Is there a work around for this? Thanks!
Nate Iler
@nateiler
Hey Adam, I know what you're talking about. Last I checked the elevated session was nearly impossible to hijack because it's baked into the javascript framework and isn't extendable. We'll review again and see how things look.
Adam Bilsing
@adambilsing
I set elevatedSessionDuration to 0 in the config and it disabled it
so problem solved, appreciate it.
