#161 Will bring dockers to Z-Push... I'm yet testing that :worried: (also the echampet branch) but I think those changes will be pretty useful!! :+1:

so z-push seems to be pretty tied to this Zarafa thing. Is it required? I'm mostly interested in the autodiscovery features....
Finn
@thefinn93
Like, I have an SMTP/IMAP server, I've been trying to figure out autoconfig/autodiscovery for the various mail products (mostly Android and iPhones) and the documentation is lacking at best, so it'd be lovely to have a drop-in solution
oh look, backends/
cool
Francisco Miguel Biete
@fmbiete
@thefinn93 Indeed, in Z-Push-contrib you have IMAP/CardDAV/CalDAV/LDAP backends, take a look at the README/INSTALL/WIKI

@norm2k
my z-push is not working. I get in the php error log: PHP Fatal error: Class ImportChangesDiff contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (IImportChanges::ImportMessageStarFlag).

@norm2k Issue #186 Should be fixed in the referenced commit

Hi @fmbiete, first off: thanks for you work! i've been running z-push for ... a long time already, and it's exactly what i was looking for when i wanted the features of a corporate Exchange server for my personal mails/contacts/calendar, too. I <3 it!
i'm using the master branch with Dovecot and Baikal, my current config is summarized here: http://faked.org/wiki/Dovecot_Baikal_Z-Push

I have the problem that from time to time, email-syncing stops and i lose my contacts and appointments (on my Android phone). I usually disable the account in the phone settings, wait a second or two, and then tick them on again. Most of the time that works, until i lose sync again.

Here's an asorted selection of log messages that may or may not be related ;-) http://paste.faked.org/view/raw/5fa7f956
Especially that "ImportChangesCombined->Config() icc not configured" confuses me a bit...

@fmbiete
Hi @jangrewe Thanks for using it!!
Can you check your max_time in PHP and Apache? I think your process are being killed, so your phone lose sync and must be manually restarted (or wait until the phone restart the exchange process by itself)
As example, I have 900 seconds in PHP and a bit more in my nginx config, so it will never timeout.

@jangrewe
Thanks @fmbiete, i've been seeing that issue a lot infrequently now, it's been a couple of days since the last time. I'll check the logs to see if there's anything else that needs a little push ;-)
