Is anyone facing any trouble in login in their local deployment?? I am unable to login.. Gets redirected to homepage without logging in...
Does anyone know how to solve that?

@SaptakS you must be using "127.0.0.1:8001". Try to use "localhost:8001" by first restarting the server.

@rafalkowalski just run run_redis.sh to download and setup redis .. then redis-3.2.1/src/redis-server to run redis
see run.sh for an example

Does anyone know why enabling sessions-speakers module at http://open-event-dev.herokuapp.com/events/132/edit/ and saving it gives 400 error ? The same happens locally when importing fossasia16 sample.

I don't think socket.io is the reason for the error but logs have nothing else.

@shivamMg I see you are working on some social media stuff. We really have a lot of bugs in the system and open issues regarding those bugs and basic features. It does not make so much sense to work on social media features if the basics do not work. Please help and let's focuse on the most relevant issues.

@aviaryan The traceback is because of Gunicorn socketio warning. It doesn't affect the flow and it occurs because Gunicorn doesn't understand Websocket request: miguelgrinberg/Flask-SocketIO#223. As for the 400 on saving the form, it's most probably because of the Event Sub-topic field. You can check that the form is saved without errors if you set it. What's weird though is that the value isn't saved. I'm guessing it's because of improper field value that might have been saved during import.
