@SaptakS @aviaryan ,about all the projects listed in CodeHeat event of FOSSASIA, no data about those projects are available on Google. How to get familiar with these projects, so that i can decide my choice? Is it only available as GitHub repo?

@ayu-st12 You can go through the respective guides and technology stack to get an idea of the project. Yes, all the projects are hosted on GitHub. I'm not sure what you mean by "available on google".

What version of node are we supposed to use? I'm running the repo locally on node 4.2.6, but was wondering if it was some other version.

The version you're using should do. We only use Node for bower. (to download front-end css/js dependencies)
