@shubham-padia I would like to work on fossasia/open-event-server#4536
But how should I start :worried:
And I think fossasia/open-event-server#4527 can be closed.

Let #4527 be open for now, until we get a reply from the concerned developers. #4536 is a legacy issue, you can setup the legacy system on your machine from fossasia/open-event-legacy
And then proceed further from there

Does anyone know why is nextgen.eventyay.com not working?

appears that api.eventyay.com is down due to some resource allocation problems maybe.

Oh, okay. Can I use the legacy server as a substitute of the frontend in the android app?

I didn't get what you are asking. Sorry. I mean how do I plan the legacy server as a front end substitute

Currently I use the rest api from nextgen.eventyay in the config.json file at api-link , but right now the website is down, so my question is can I use the api link from open-event-dev.herokuapp.com?

I guess https://open-event-api.herokuapp.com/ would work fine
@mariobehling Please change the gitter channel's name to avoid any confusion
