plus the local.md is for ubuntu/linux users. where is the installation procedure for windows users?

@starlord1311 The error is self-descriptive, you need to install Microsoft Visual Studio
And regarding the installation procedure, you can create an issue and try adding the installation instructions.
And then open a Pull Request :smile: :+1:

@starlord1311 Download the header file or just create one and copy paste the content of this file https://github.com/mattn/gntp-send/blob/master/include/msinttypes/stdint.h
And place this into the installation directory.
C:\Users\lUSER\AppData\Local\Programs\Common\Microsoft\Visual C++ for Python\9.0\VC\Bin

Yes that should do it.
Or try saving at C:\Users\lUSER\AppData\Local\Programs\Common\Microsoft\Visual C++ for Python\9.0
