Yeah maybe that reduces the number of bad skills. People are testing skills and are not able to remove their tests afterwards.

Hi room. My build fails with "29 tests completed, 1 failed" ("ai.susi.mind.SusiTutorialTest > test FAILED"). Did I miss a dependency here? Working on Ubuntu 18.04
