    No problem, if you don't get any answers over there come back and I'll help you troubleshoot.

    hey everyone! I just started using frame and I really like it. I use xDai sometimes however, is there an option for adding custom RPCs?

    @floating
    Hey @c0rv0s! The functionality you're looking for is in v0.3.3 which is currently in prerelease but should be officially released within a few days. https://github.com/floating/frame/releases/tag/v0.3.3 We're just working through a few final UX improvements and testing.

    great, I hope to get it to work in my DAO soon!

    Hello!
    I am new to JavaScript and am actually still learning it. I am extremely confused on the complexity of javascript projects, as I am used to Python projects that are short and sweet.
    Now, how would I connect the aragon agent and a signer to a simple javascript program to sign a transaction with web3.js
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    @NSAGoAway Frame exposes both an HTTP and WS provider RPC interface at 127.0.0.1:1248 that you can use directly or you could drop in https://github.com/floating/eth-provider

    hey I don't know if this is a frame/ledger/ or whoever issue but is it possible to have frame derive the same addresses from a ledger even when switching between networks?
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    @c0rv0s Currently there isn't as we use separate derivations paths for mainnets and testnets to prevent mistakenly acting on a mainnet when you thought you were on a testnet. You've spurred a conversation about the need for this setting though -- when users create custom networks we can't assume what they intend, so we'll be rolling this out asap :)
    Nate Mueller
    @c0rv0s
    @floating awesome! yea I'd love to see this as an option, it would be really useful for me. maybe an extra confirmation before sending any transactions when this is enabled would help
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    @c0rv0s We published a hardware derivation setting in prerelease v0.3.5 https://github.com/floating/frame/releases/tag/v0.3.5 If you have time, let us know what you think!

    @c0rv0s

    getting this flow. Am i doin something wrong?
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    Hmm, no that shouldn't happen but you also shouldn't need to switch to your acting account. I think the copy there left from hardware signing is a bit confusing, sorry about that. If you leave the DAO smart account open throughout signing what happens?
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    it just hangs at signer step
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    Ok, if you send your logs to jordan@frame.sh I will dig into this, you can find them at %USER%\AppData\Roaming\Frame\logs\main.log
    Does your acting account have voting permission in the DAO?
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    yeah
    whats the path for OSX
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    ~/Library/Logs/Frame/main.log
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    same thing happens for hot wallet
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll sort it out
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    no problem. without frame i wouldnt be able to use my agent on 90% of dapps
    appreciate the support
    looks like that dir doesnt exist
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    Sorry!
    I left out ~/
    Library from your home dir

    @youngkidwarrior Does the same thing happen on other networks like Rinkeby?
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    rinkeby is functional

    @floating
    @youngkidwarrior Sorry about the delay here, we're looking into it
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    @youngkidwarrior A fix for this issue has been released in v0.3.6 https://github.com/floating/frame/releases/tag/v0.3.6

    @youngkidwarrior
    niiiiice
    may i ask what was wrong
    Jordan Muir
    @floating
    @youngkidwarrior It was a change in newer versions of ethereumjs-tx that requires a custom settings object for each chain that isn't one of their "supported" chains
    VictorGinelli
    @youngkidwarrior
    getting another similar error trying to sign transactions
