@danfowler can we mark https://github.com/okfn/dpm-old/ as deprecated and moved to oki-archive - mark in README etc. We also should remove the readthedocs site if we can so people do not get confused ...
@Fak3 i think you want to look at https://github.com/frictionlessdata/datapackage-py and associated libraries as a base ...

It almost certainly needs an update, though
