I'm pretty sure the problem is with the ordering of the classifiers, but it's impossible to debug :\
Anh-Dung Phan
@dungpa
It's strange indeed. It often happens to Functions category; much less likely to occur with other categories.
Thanks for looking into it. The bug has been lurking around for a long time.

@dungpa
@hmemcpy Looking forward to your update.

Hi, I am a little new to sharp and visual Studio. I am using fresh VS15 with Powertools. Some more documentation / description of its features would be very helpful to me. How do I find my Classes and methods of my f# Code? The Class view is empty.
Steffen Forkmann
@forki
AFAIK Class view is not implemented. Tbf there are not many classes used in idiomatic F# code
Dave Thomas
@7sharp9
Never used class view ever
Andrii Chebukin
@xperiandri
@fbehrens, it is possible that it is not implemented. Wait for VSIX for VS15 and join F# Roslyn tools development

@fbehrens
Thanks. When I think of a class browser I hoped to find the modules and functions in it.
Steffen Forkmann
@forki
I guess it's not popular so nobody implemented it

@cloudRoutine
It's not really clear how to do it besides implementing a new tool window which is a real pain
I've never seen anything about extensibility points for it in the vssdk documentation
or in the samples

Hacked a breadcrumb thing
No custom controls which is a good thing.
Extremely inefficient search of the tree but just a hack.
Also not dynamic as of now, will complicate things slightly to make subscriptions leak free.
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
ok switching now, cleaner transcript here
Maybe I'll style it like in the issue but first sauna.
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
ouch, breadcrumb is one word, dumbed that one

getting ^ when building in vs
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
did you accidentally tweak your references?
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
probably, been fighting a lot
you mean paket.references right?
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
i mean project references
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
Saw ^ now, is the idea to have a separate project for the crumbs?
Gonna diff the project files and look for weirdness.
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
i mean look at the changelog on the fsproj http://i.imgur.com/x2atRWo.png
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
probably ran paket install
reverting it
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
I don't see those huge diffs when diffing vs origin/master.
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
because i'm on a different branch doing very different things ;)
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
yeah, but it does not look like I messed up the project files
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
if it was referencing one version of the sdk and building fine before and now it's referencing another version of the sdk and the build is failing, the reference had to have been modified at some point
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
but modifications should be visible in the diff
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
┐( ̄ヘ ̄ )┌
did you pull from master at any point?
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
yeah, we are rebased on master
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
i mean before your builds broke
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
don't remember, been a week of constant dev tool fighting
Have huge problems behind the proxy but fixed it now with a patched paket
I'm building debug if that has anything to do with anything
Think it worked in debug at one point but might be confusing it with the prototype peoject.
Maybe the sdk has been updated or do we fetch all references from nuget?
Johan Larsson
@JohanLarsson
Is there a way to build debug using build.cmd?
Jared Hester
@cloudRoutine
it's not setup that way atm, but it could be done
