    @dannon
    Interesting; let me know if you get stuck and I can poke at it too.
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    will do, thanks!
    (i don't think it's routes: we are using an ancient release - 2.4.1.; I suspect something else is causing routes to raise those errors)
    John Chilton
    @jmchilton
    Do we have any examples of like ... debounce-ing search requests with axios and Vue? Like as a free text search query gets more specific the old requests are cancelled?
    Dannon
    @dannon
    Yes, in tags, there's a debounce test
    (not a bad thing, but it can be arcane at first)
    John Chilton
    @jmchilton
    Awesome - thanks for the pointer!
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    the unit test errors were not caused by the routes package. Solved. galaxyproject/galaxy#10162
    Dannon
    @dannon
    Ahh, interesting -- when did they break and how did we miss that?
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    they were born broken :-)
    test_routes.py initialized routes.Mapper() (called in WebApplication)
    Dannon
    @dannon
    Right, I read that -- I mean when did this manifest and how did it not flag busted tests before now?
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    we never found it because it starts with a 'v' :-)
    it's at the bottom of the list of test directories - so when we do any kind of ad-hoc testing/debugging, we find the issue before we reach the end of the alphabet :-) So we never ran them individually
    Dannon
    @dannon
    Oh! So they only fail when run in isolation, they did still pass the full test suite.
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    yep
    Dannon
    @dannon
    Got it.
    Cool, thanks for the fix.
    Sergey Golitsynskiy
    @ic4f
    :-)
    that was one fun little bugger.
    Marius van den Beek
    @mvdbeek
    Do we have a way to navigate to anchors ? I saw this is possible using Vue Router, but I think we’re not using that (yet) ?
    Would be cool if you could jump to input or output steps of a workflow
    I guess https://stackoverflow.com/a/42648061 would work, I’ll try that
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    @jmchilton StringTie isn't working correctly on Jetstream (I think since I recently upgraded Pulsar?)
    It's trying to stage out a work_dir output:
    [pulsar.managers.util.retry][[manager=jetstream_iu]-[action=postprocess]-[job=30398779]] Failed to execute staging out file /jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/30398779/working/special_de_output/sample1/gene_counts.tsv via FileAction[path=/galaxy-repl/main/files/044/742/dataset_44742264.dat,action_type=remote_transfer,url=https://galaxy-web-03.galaxyproject.org/_job_files?job_id=deadbeef&job_key=deadbeef&path=/galaxy-repl/main/files/044/742/dataset_44742264.dat&file_type=output_workdir], retrying in 2.0 seconds.
    What's interesting is that the output appears to have been correctly written to /jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/30398779/outputs/dataset_44742264.dat
    Actually, it might be a tool problem?
    John Chilton
    @jmchilton
    Id be surprised if that was a Pulsar update problem
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    Since part of the command line after stringtie runs is
    sed -i.bak -e "s/,/${TAB}/g" -e "s/${CR}//g" gene_counts.csv transcript_counts.csv && head -n 1 gene_counts.csv | sed -e 's/sample1/HISAT2_on_data_668_and_data_667__aligned_reads__BAM_/' > '/jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/30398779/outputs/dataset_44742264.dat'
    John Chilton
    @jmchilton
    It isn’t impossible but
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    There is no gene_counts.tsv but the tool wrapper converts the csv to tsv and then writes that directly to the output.
    I guess from_work_dir outputs missing on non-Pulsar jobs doesn't fail the job?
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    Can one of the tool authors tell me if that output makes sense? @bgruening looks like you added that output?
    Björn Grüning
    @bgruening
    Do you see a gene_counts.csv?
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    Yep
    Björn Grüning
    @bgruening
    @natefoo which version of stringTie is this?
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/stringtie/stringtie/2.1.1
    Björn Grüning
    @bgruening
    running it on EU I get the gene_counts output
    I will try to route it to pulsar
    Björn Grüning
    @bgruening
    @natefoo I can confirm that all tested pulsar endpoints fail with this tool in this version. A simple rerun on local resources works.
    Nate Coraor
    @natefoo
    Hooray, reproducibility!
    Björn Grüning
    @bgruening
    Same with 1.3.6. So it does not seem to be a version problem.
    Oleg Zharkov
    @OlegZharkov
    is Docker support broken currently on jenkins server?
    Marius van den Beek
    @mvdbeek
    Do you have a failing build ?
    Oleg Zharkov
    @OlegZharkov
    I am getting
    docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.
    See 'docker run --help'.
    Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?
    Marius van den Beek
    @mvdbeek
    I’ve re-trgigered that one, but yeah, seems one of the node has a problem
