    Quick question about ansible: during the training we used ansible running on python2.7 to deploy galaxy, would the same .yml script work with ansible running on python3?

    Ansible works on both py2/3
    galaxy will still be deployed with py2

    is anybody familiar with the tool xml trick where you peek at the header of a tabular file and serve the column names to the user in the interface?
    I know HiCExplorer does it, but I could not find the section

    @bebatut but the material in annotation-with-apollo-v2 is generated with planemo 0.61 if you want to double-check it

    everything looks good on your latest version: the inputs of steps are there, they could be missing with older version of Planemo

    @mtekman if you run into any server performance problems with scanning for options with from_dataset you may need to use metadata instead. I discovered that with my first mothur toolset when the datasets were millions of lines long.

    @mtekman I don't remember, but then you may not collect all possible options. The metadata option in the datatype is nice in that the operation is only done once and performed by the job runner, not the server.
