    Actually I am thinking to make this visible in the profiles list
    • if a profile is new, no problem

    • if a profile has the same name as an existing, and the modifieddate is younger, then it will be written in the description in red. So that the user will know it will overwrite
    • if a profile is completely the same (date also) it will tell in red that it is ignored
    So the user will know what happens if it download a profile
    Else it might be too much work to forsee any possible combination
    at least for the start

    the profile that addresses the external sdcard addresses a space that is not writable
    you remember me writing that on external sdcard only a certain psace is writiable?

    To solve this some bigger development would be involved I think.
    Since we always use internal memory, I am not really up to it
    We were thinking it might be interesting to map the folder
    so that user do not notice it
    but if the user then browses, it gets bad :-)

    I am not able to test the visible layers things, because the profile is wrong

    the layers in the visible section are not contained in the database
