@JohnConnell Check this. http://docs.redash.io/en/latest/datasources.html#python
You can join data from 2 queries using python.

@JohnConnell currently this is only possible if you enable the Python data source, and then you can make queries like: https://gist.github.com/arikfr/be7c2888520c44cf4f0f. It's not enabled by default, as it's a security concern (the code runs in a sandbox, but it's quite easy to bypass).

At some point I'm going to add a UI for joining data from two queries. But can't give an ETA yet.

So, actually the problem was fixed.
I think that I just needed to wait some time to changes to take effect. All fine now.
Only correcting the command I posted up there:
/opt/redash/current/bin/run celery worker --app=redash.worker --beat -Qqueries,celery,scheduled_queries -s /tmp/redash-celerybeat-schedule
was missing the -s
Thanks again @arikfr !

Hey team, I'm struggling with a login problem after a failed upgrade. I've rolled back to a previous version, restored a database snapshot, but when attempting to log in I get a 500 and File "/opt/redash/redash.0.8.1.b1110/redash/handlers/authentication.py", line 10, in login if current_user.is_authenticated(): TypeError: 'bool' object is not callable
