Hey, Guys
Using last re:dash version, configured google application, etc, added settings to .env, but Google login button doesnt appear
has nothing in logs
checksettings of manage.py shows GOOGLE* variables
any ideas what to check?

Are the variables prefixed with REDASH_?
Did you restart after updating the env file?

yes I did.. I just copied link from your demo.. http://..../oauth/google?next=http%3A%2F%2Fredash.healthjoy.com%2F
500 error.. checking log
"OAuthRemoteApp requires consumer key and secret"
TypeError: OAuthRemoteApp requires consumer key and secret
Seems doing something wrong
did everything by instruction.. very wierd
all variables are starting with REDASH_...
in checksettings - they're without REDASH

It sounds like the app didn't pick up the change. Can you restart again?

weird. when you do checksettings it shows a value for both GOOGLE settings, right? (client_id and client_secret)

ok,.. we found an issue
.env file was not re-reading by some reason
if I do manually . .env
then do restart - it works
Also,.. is there any method to export queries and dashboards from 0.7 and import them into clean install of 0.9.1 ?

I assumed you were starting the server with supervisord, and using default configuration. Make sure that you start the server with bin/run which reads the .env file before starting Re:dash.

yes, fixed - supervisor was ignoring .env file - fixed that

Re. import/export you can write a script that does that. I might have one, need to look up.

if you have a backup, we can try to see how to fix the migrations so they will work.
(backup of before the migration)

@dnikolayev here's the import/export scripts: https://gist.github.com/arikfr/31435d5c8597fa93a867
That looks like a GitHub Gist link. Do you want us to import it (and all further GitHub Gist links from you)?
YesJust this onceNot nowNever
Whoa that GitHub Gist link contains 2 files! Are you sure you want us to import all of them?
Yes, always import multi-file GistsYes, just this onceNot now
you need to run it from /opt/redash/current with bin/run. also you need to install tqdm with pip

Hey @arikfr running 0.9.2+b1382 and trying to use the cli scripts to add an authorized google domain. The docs reference the command in manage.py ~ but looks like moved to /cli ~ can't get that command to run
I get " No module named redash" error

ha, just happened to find this in the activity section: sudo -u redash bin/run ./manage.py org set_google_apps_domains
worked great!
